Shipping Information

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. Please note that you may not see any tracking updates until 24 hours receiving your shipping confirmation email.

If you find that your parcel has been Returned To Sender, please contact our support team at hello@ramsie.co.

Australian Shipping

Shipping within Australia is free for all orders.

Dispatch, processing and delivery usually takes 2-5 business days but there may be delays due to COVID-19.

All Australian orders are shipped with standard delivery service by courier or Australia Post depending on your order preferences.

International Shipping

Due to increased delivery charges caused by COVID-19 a flat rate of AUD $50.00 ($65 if gift boxed) is applicable to all international orders.

International orders are delivered by DHL. Please allow up to ten business days from the date of purchase to allow for potential customs clearances.

International Taxes & Duties

Any applicable customs, import duties and fees are not accounted for in the shipping fee and will not be charged by Ramsie. The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties or foreign taxes that may be imposed. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your order where outstanding fees are not paid and in some rare cases delivery may be delayed.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Incorrect Sizing

We offer refunds and exchanges for incorrect sizes if your shirt meets the following requirements:

•     Still in its original condition
•     Tag is attached
•     Unworn and unwashed
•     No alterations or personalisation

Your shirt must be returned to the address below within 30 days of the purchase date. The cost of returning the shirt is at your expense.

Faulty Claims

Shirts are classified as faulty if they are received damaged in any way, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable time period from the date of purchase. Shirts that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

If you think you have received a faulty shirt please email us at hello@ramsie.co with the information below where possible and we will contact you as soon as possible:

•     A proof of purchase (sales invoice, bank statement, or any other transaction details can be helpful)
•     A brief description of the damage that has occurred
•     Images of the damage
•     A brief outline of the use(s), frequency of use and care practices relating to the garment
•     Relevant contact information.
